Return & Exchange Policy
I offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have up to 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. (Exception: Holiday orders will be accepted until January 31st.)
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, and just as you received it. Please keep your receipt or order number handy, as you'll need it to process the return.
To begin a return, email me at goodgoodcatcards@gmail.com. If your request is approved, I’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item. Please don’t send anything back without contacting me first, as I won’t be able to accept returns that weren’t requested ahead of time.

Damages & Issues
Please check your items as soon as they arrive. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact me right away. I’ll do my best to resolve the issue quickly.
When you reach out, please include a clear photo of the problem and your order number. You can email me at goodgoodcatcards@gmail.com.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, send me an email at goodgoodcatcards@gmail.com. Include your order number and the details of what you’d like in exchange.
Refunds
Once I receive and inspect your returned item, I’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it might take up to ten business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
