Add-on/upgrade: LOCKING BACKS or extra rubber backs

My pins ship with rubber pin backs, but you can choose to add on additional pin backs to keep on hand in case any get lost--- OR in case you prefer locking pin backs!
Due to shipping costs, this listing is intended as an add-on to an existing purchase. ;-)

My pins have two rubber backs included, this order is for EXTRA backs. I sell locking pins in quantities of 2, and rubber pins in quantities of 4.

Here is some information about the two types of pinbacks I offer:

Locking Pin backs (comes in silver)

Recommended for lanyard, backpack, or semi-permanent use.
Thicker clothing (like thick sweaters and cardigans) will perform better with a locking pin. (Rubber pins are more likely to fall off if the material is thick.)

Pros:
-much more secure

Cons:
-not soft against skin
-more difficult to remove
-because it is made of metal, it may scratch the black coating off pin posts, particularly if you need to regularly remove the pin (since this is on the back of the pin, that may not matter to some people)

Rubber Pin backs (comes in black)

Recommended for general use, particularly when pin will be against your skin.
Easy to take on and off, but does not have a strong grip, so a dab of superglue is recommended for semi-permanent application (e.g. bags)

Pros:
-soft against skin
-easy to take on and off

Cons:
-less secure (unless you use superglue)
